- 1-year warranty covering the product and parts only. This includes manufacturing defects related to mechanical and wheelchair components.
Frame Warranty:
- 2-year warranty specifically covering the wheelchair frame.
Exclusions / Not Covered:
- Warranty does not cover any labour costs, including assessment, repairs or installation.
- Pickup, delivery or transport fees are not covered under the warranty
- Any associated costs such as onsite service fees, call-outs, or third-party expenses are excluded
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, lack of maintenance, wear and tear, or unauthorised modification is not covered.
